I'm very interested in your Tube Stereo Preamp. Can you possibly send me more info? I have 4 keyboards Motif XS, Motif ES, Triton Classic, MicroKORG XL. I run all my keys through a Mackie 1202VLZ3 out to 2 Mackie SRM450-V2's running everything in stereo. I guess there's a way to hookup the Tube Preamp through the Mackie board? The other thing is I could just hookup one keyboard, left {mono}, right out of keyboard into Tube Preamp channel 1 and channel 2, into Mackie channel left and right. Does that sound about right to you? Sorry for the long rant but I need to make sure I don"t have any phasing problems as your unit has channel1 & channel2 instead of left {mono} & right. Thank you. |

The rack preamp has 2 independent channels, so that allows you to use it either way. You can put two totally different instruments through each channel, or, you could send left and right of a keyboard (or a mixer) through what we call channel A and B. Since your keyboards are already solid state, running it though a mixer before the Speakeasy Vintage Tube Preamp makes no real difference. The Speakeasy will work it's magic either way. The best setup is to have the Speakeasy as the last "stop" in the audio chain before going to an amplifier or FOH. |

Thank you for giving me a clearer view on your preamp. Do I order one from you? Maybe you can email me all the details. Thanks again. |

I'll post it here, and send you an email. Presently, our Rack Mount preamp is being handled by a national distributor, Armadillo Enterprises. Here's where you'll want to go to pursue ordering one. |

Hello. I have a non powered mixer (Allen and Heath xone:2), a Korg Kaos effects processor connected through the effect loop of the mixer, 2 turntables, a tube preamp purchased from your company, and a BBE sonic maximizer to enhance the overall dynamics. How do I connect the Speakeasy vintage preamp with the sonic maximizer so that I can record the signal of both units to cassette and play that tape on any other system and be able to hear the processed sound? |
